The Symposium fees are set at 25 € for senior scientists and 15€ for students (to be paid cash at the Symposium Desk). The fees include:

• Admission to the Symposium
• Stationery essentials for note taking
• Printed copy of the Symposium Programme
• Name badge
• Certificate of Attendance and Presentation (for presenters)
• Certificate of Attendance (for attending only participants)
• Refreshments and treats during coffee breaks
• Light lunch on Friday, October 7

The Symposium dinner will take place at Frontzu Politeia (Aghia Triada Hill, Ioannina). The dinner ticket is at 30 € per person (to be paid cash at the Symposium Desk).
